Educators, Rabbeim, and parents alike, have all recognized the need for kosher outlets outside of school, where kids can fill their time with fun, enriching, extra-curricular activities in a kosher, supervised setting.
It simply DID NOT EXIST… Until Now!

Founded by a talented group of professional educators and camp administrators, the Talent Academy Club was designed to fill this very need.
Combining their respective skill sets as leaders and artists coupled with their years of camp experience, the Talent Academy leadership team seeks to bring the best of all these worlds together.
The result is this newly-minted after-school program, tailored to help children feel great about themselves, explore and grow, and see for themselves how much they can truly achieve!
The club is a fun, professional, yet relaxed environment, centered around a fully-equipped, top-notch music and drama recording studio.
We currently offer three program tracks.
VOCALS 101 is a beginners track for aspiring singers who can generally sing on key, grouped by age
HARMONY 201 is an intermediate track for more experienced singers, interested in bringing their act to the next level, also grouped by age
CHOIR 101 All skill levels and grades come together for this one!

The club is a fun, kosher outlet, where small groups of talented boys explore and develop their music, drama and vocal skills in a focused, production environment in a supervised setting.
The Talent Academy currently is not offering individual music lessons or targeting specific instrument training (at this time). The club is a fun, kosher outlet, where small and large groups of musically talented boys explore and develop their music, drama and vocal skills in a focused, supervised production environment. Kids will develop great musical skills throughout.
The Talent Academy Club is currently geared for boys in 2nd to 8th grade. Based on demand and program success, we may add more grades and ages
Groups are approximately 5-7 kids for individual projects, 15 or more for choir project tracks
There are six weekly sessions of 45 minutes per track.
There will be six weekly sessions of 45 minutes per track, all during the after school hours.
Each individual track is scheduled for specific times on Sundays, grouped by grade levels.
The exception is the choir, which meets on Thursday evenings.
Scheduled times are located in the application by age/grade, or can be found in our most recently published print ads.
The program and studio are located in the lower level of Kehillas Beis Shalom of Clifton, located at 733 Passaic Ave, Clifton, NJ.
There will be a goal set for each group. Some will produce a music song, others accapella , and still others, a vocal drama story.
As the program continues, we plan to add tracks for music video and other related options.

Songwriting. Lyrics. Basic vocal techniques. Guided recording sessions. Team building. Fun with friends. Trying musical instruments.

The goal is to have fun. If you believe your child has talent, we can work with them to find what will help them succeed.
The drama track, when available, may be a great option for less musically inclined boys. Other boys enjoy using studio technology.

Each program runs for 6 weeks and costs $399 for the entire program.
It includes a digital copy of your child’s masterpiece at the end, and shared photos and videos as your child progresses.

In order to maximize each child’s potential and ensure each group’s success, we run a full eight sessions with the same boys. Drop-ins would disrupt the process.

If we refund a missed session, our costs of running that program remain the same, and we can not make up that difference or add someone to the group.

Kids love Rabbi Yehuda Kopstick and Rabbi Kopstick loves kids! Fun, creativity and sheer vocal talent run through this popular educator’s veins.
As an eighth grade Rebbe in RYNJ in the morning and Assistant Principal at YKOM in the afternoons, Rabbi Kopstick is a master at bringing out the best in each child.
Years of camp experience round out his fun personality, with camps such as Camp Eitan (Toronto) and Toras Chaim of Passaic counting him amongst their staff legends, before he founded his own camp, Camp Clubhouse of Clifton.
A musically gifted vocalist, Rabbi Kopstick has been involved in special musical projects, choirs and studio productions. He looks forward to bringing his musical, educational, and camp backgrounds together to nurture, coach, and develop the talent in each child.
In his downtime, Rabbi Kopstick loves to spend time home with his family, and a great Abie Rottenberg album.
Affectionately known as ‘Reb Shaq’, Rabbi S.A. Rowner is a multi-instrumentalist musician, composer, live music director, recording studio technician and educator.
A local musician of 25 years, this Passaic legend and father of nine (Ke”h) brings a wealth of musical knowledge and technical skills to the club.
He has worked together with greats including Rabbi Shmuel Kunda A”H, and Rabbi Yitzy Erps, and has brought his music, drama, video and cinematography talent to many camps, including Camp Naarim, Dora Golding, Oorah, Nofesh, and Chevra amongst others.
Known for his smile, people skills, and an ‘Everything is Figureoutable’ attitude, he has run Pioneering workshops, produced music videos, and even built a mini golf course with students, teaching valuable lifeskills, and team-building while coaching their successes.
With positivity and fun, Rabbi Rowner brings his decades of experience to build up children to be the best they can be.
In his downtime, he loves to spend time with his family camping and exploring new places.
